about

Small group learning

Small group learning allows for conversations that can bring about extraordinary change in our experience of work and help us become influencers in our organizations.

Each learning community will be structured around a facilitated conversation model that will challenge participants to engage and commit to personal learning goals.

Learning will take place on Zoom and offline in a CIRCLES community. Participants will be encouraged (but not required) to have a sponsor or key contact in their organization to help develop learning goals and provide feedback to the participant. All participants will complete the course with implementable action steps and messaging to help them accomplish the desired action in their organization.

Benefits of engaging with a small learning community include:

  • Consulting engagement experienced in a small group
  • Peer-to-peer support for implementation of ideas
  • Mastermind sessions where we work on new and tough issues to help you get to the next level of competency

To learn more, check out the descriptions below, then fill out the contact form and we will reach out to you with upcoming dates and additional information OR you can sign up for our newsletter and you will always be in the know about our most recent offerings and events.
